Quicken Support never gets back to me

I've called support several times and have been told by the support agent that someone would contact me by email but I'm never contacted. How do I speak to someone at Quicken that can resolve an issue that standard support can not

Why don't you try posting your issue here? While we don't necessarily reply IMMEDIATELY, the other users of this forum can frequently resolve issues more quickly than Q Support.
