Epson Rapid Receipt Scanner [edited]

Trying to use Epson Rapid Receipt scanner RR-70W. Option to export to Quicken button is there but not working, I have windows 11 and Quicken Deluxe and all is updated. Has anyone had this issue?

    I have never used the software, but if you are "exporting receipt data" then most likely it is exporting a QIF file, that you have to in turn import into Quicken.
    File -> File Import -> QIF File...
