Failed to change from C to R
All of a sudden my cleared checks will not reconcile. I keep getting the message, "There are no new transactions to reconcile" even though the items have simply been marked cleared. I waited a couple days to make sure there would be new transactions and the same thing....just the C. I looked in the help folder and the only thing I saw was an option to select use online balances: I remember that option, from before, but that is gone now, there is no option to select that box from the tool icon.
