Costco Citibank Visa

I have not been able to synchronize for several days. I disconnected the connection and am trying to reconnect, and now receive this error: "Institution Login Sync Error".

Any suggestions?

    It also gives this error: Error code: BID = 2102

    Are you using Quicken Connect connection type? If so, switch it to Direct Connect using FI name "Citi Cards". You will need to authorize Quicken access on the Citi website.
