Missing transactions

I have imported missing transactions into my account but they are not reflecting. What is the issue.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this error with missing downloaded transactions. 

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What financial institution are these transactions with? What is your connection method with this account? How did you import transactions? Did you receive any error codes or messages?

    Also, what do you mean by "but they are not reflecting"?
