Getting downloads from FNBO

I've used quicken for many years...but since I've been forced to yearly subscriptions, I can not download cleared transactions from my bank. What is going on with that?

    What's the full name of FNBO as known to Q?  Do TOOLS, Account List and look in  the "Financial Institution" column  across from this account to get that info.
    Also, what does it say in  the "Transaction Download" column for that same account?

    Oh...btw...the is no code or comment with the attempt to download. It just doesn't do it.
