Updating account

I've updated my transactions in the past. But today as I tried updating my account balance in quicken (Mac) and I'm noticing that a whole month of March transactions are missing, April-May are added. Do I need to manually add each transaction or is there a way to add it in.

    Most banks only support download of 90 (or fewer) days of past transactions. If your bank supports download of older transactions in QFX (Quicken) format, then you can download that file of transactions from your bank's website and import them into Quicken (usually). Otherwise, you will need to manually enter the transactions.
