Unable to employ one step update

When I try to employ one step update. I get a message that my membership has expired. When I click on the continue link, I am told that my membership (which is a perpetual renewal via credit card) is good until 1/4/2023. Anyone else having this problem?

    If you haven't already, I suggest you reset the Quicken ID associated with the Quicken file.  
    1. Select Edit > Preferences...
    2. Select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    3. Select Sign in as a different user
    4. Enter yes 
    5. Select Sign Out
    6. Sign in with the your Quicken ID

    This fix doesn't work. Just hangs. PLease roll back 40.21 so we can get some work done
