Balances Do Not Match Bank Statement

    Just back using Quicken after many year break. On reconciling for a few months, every month has it is showing same total in account when after me putting in the date for the statement, the beginning and ending balance, at the bottom, it gives me the exact same balance in the account which does not match what the bank has on the statement of course!!!! No two months will ever be the exact same anyway and this is crazy. Any help???
