I think I figured out the solution. Go to your HOME page (Dashboard) and reset. I even took it off "classic" mode. Then after it refreshed, I checked Quicken on the Web and my investments were there!

Didn't work for me. It seems that Quicken Web does not like stock symbols that begin with A.0
