One of my three licensed devices has bricked. How can I remove it from the account as to add a new third device?

Quicken does not limit the number of devices we may use.  From your account on Quicken.com, you may sign out of all devices which means you'll be requested to sign in when you first use a device again.

If you are referring to the limit of "up to 3 computers" that were allowed before subscription Quicken, there was NO counter in the sky keeping track, it was all on the honor system of following the limit of 3.

-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
    - Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11
-Questions? Check out the Quicken Windows FAQ list

What type of device are you talking about? A desktop/laptop PC, Windows or Mac? A smartphone? Other?
If PC: After reinstalling Quicken and restoring your Quicken data file from backup what happens? If prompted for your Quicken ID, just enter the one you used on the old device and you should be back in business.
