Citibank Visa

There continues to be an on-going issue downloading transactions from Citibank. The only response we get from Quicken is they are working on it. The odd thing is Quicken's Simplifi product is able to download the transactions from Citibank but not Quicken for MAC. Yes, I have both because I moving to the "more robust" platform. Same account will download for Simplifi but not Quicken for MAC!

    Just spoke with a rep from Citibank. He had me login to Citi.com then go to Profile and then to Manage Desktop Apps. It gives you 10 minutes to connect Quicken. It worked for me.
