What is "Quicken Utility" app

I have an old application on my Mac created 3/26/2021 "Quicken Utility" an app version 1.0.9 that has not been used since 7/17/2021. Just wondering what it's for, and, do I need it? When I run it identifies as version 1.0.9 (1.226.100) and shows some 15 quicken versions on my Mac.
