_DivInc vs Dividend Inc

Using Quicken for Windows - May be a download problem with Wells Fargo Advisors (there are many!), but I'm not able to classify a dividend as _DivInc.  Remind me of what the difference is between the category with and without the opening "-"

    A Div transaction is automatically assigned the _DivInc category. That category is built-in and cannot be removed because Quicken needs it for this purpose. The other category is ordinary and optional.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

    Options
    _DivInc is one of a number of hidden categories Quicken uses. I would suggest unhiding this for selection convenience going forward. And in case you were considering renaming to Dividend, you can't edit/rename this category. I've also unhidden _Inc as it gets used frequently in my case and both are easier to budget when visible.
