EWC duplicated my accounts in Quicken and balances are incorrect

With the recent Chase & Quicken EWC changes, I now have duplicated accounts in Quicken (the new ones have added XX to the original) and the balances are wrong on almost all of them. What do I do to get them fixed?

    Hi @mmacw,

Hopefully, you made a backup of your Q datafile right before you attempted the conversion.

If so, you should restore that backup and then follow the guidance located in this LINK.  I would suggest you follow the guidance given in the posts near the end of this message thread (starting with posts dated 9/2) which suggests that you first deactivate all your Chase accounts as the first step of the conversion process.

Get back to us if you have any followups and/or to report how that went.

    Frankx
