Why don't all transactions download from bank/upload to Quicken (CIBC)

When I do a 'download transactions' and include transactions up to today, it only pulls transactions from a few days prior, not up to current date. Anyone know why?

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with your CIBC account(s). 

    First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the CIBC account(s) to see if the same issue occurs with the downloaded transactions. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
