Issues with downloading from US Bank

    Hi Jasmine. I too have the same problem with transactions from US Bank. I followed your instructions above and created a test file and same thing. It has only partially downloaded transactions from Sept 9th and nothing else. These are cleared transactions at the bank, not in "pending".

    Please advise...

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I apologize that you are experiencing this issue with your US Bank downloads. 

    From what I understand, your transactions are not downloading in the main file nor in the test file that you created?

    Due to this, I suggest reaching out to US Bank for further support. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 representative or a supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
