Hi there, is there a way to run report that can compare last year's actual income/expenses by category and compare that with this year's budgeted numbers? I'd like to see the difference of what I'm budgeting this year compared to last year's actuals. I am using QMac. Thank you!

    No, there is no report that will compare last year's actuals with this years budgeted numbers.

    The closest you will be able to do is to go into your current budget, and select the year at the top and go back a year to show last years budget. Print/export/save this as PDF. Click on "Reset Date" to return to this year. 

    Compare to what you have setup for 2023. (I don't know how you got your goals for this year-there are a few options presented when rolling the budget into a new year.)

    Thank you @John_in_NC . I did just that, given lack of report customization. Wanted to see a "difference" of the increases/decreases by category. I exported to CSV and "made" my own report. Thanks again!
