why does Windows Quicken deluxe cost for new subscriber change between 35$ to 47$ in the midst of signup?

    Sounds like you are using a Quicken ID that has had a Quicken subscription registered against it in the past.
    New user means brand new Quicken ID with no history of having used Quicken subscription or an ID that was only used with 2017 or before (2016 for Canadian).
