Citi Cards Keeps getting disconnected (Q Mac)

and before you even ask, YES i've authorized this account multiple times at Citi. this is the 3rd time in 3 months it's been disconnected and can't be resolved.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize for the delay in response. 

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with CitiBank? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. When you say disconnected, are you referring to online services being deactivated on their own for these accounts? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs?
