how to cancel Mac quicken after one day?

Downloaded Mac Quicken, but after the accounting person tried it for a few hours, decided they would rather go back to the Windows version. How can I cancel the Mac versions and purchase the Win version? Don't see an option through the portal?

    Your subscription includes both the Windows and Mac versions of Quicken.

    To cancel, you need to contact Quicken Support (link at the top of this page).

    However, you probably don't need to cancel as your subscription includes both Mac and Windows versions at whatever product level you subscribed to. Sign into you account at www.quicken.com. On the Overview, you will see a tile "Access Your Apps" with a link to download the Windows version. Use the same account sign-in to activate that product on Windows.
