Quicken will not connect to Alabama Credit Union It says it is having trouble and it is not my fault but gives on error code. This has been going on for several days.

    Due to the nature of the error that you are receiving, you will need to contact Quicken Support for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real time and escalate the situation if needed.

    I figured that so have done that but the guy did not seem very helpful so will see if it gets fixed. Thanks for your response.
