TTax update error 1603 - can't update, so can't file taxes

Since a lot of Quicken users might also be TTax users....
Everything was fine for January - TTax did a couple of updates, all good -
Now - it is stuck with updating and getting a 1603 error - and won't e-file taxes unless an update is completed..... stuck -
Windows did an update to .NET at some point, and I think that is what broke TTax.
My thinking now is to try and just UN-install TTax, and RE-install TTax to make it happy.
Anyone else seeing this recent 1603 error ?

    I just opened TTax Deluxe and it installed a 2/23 update with no issues.

    tnx - YAY - tried an update it WORKED .....  it was dated 2/22/23 -
    and it must have been large as it took a long time with slow moving graph progress -
    Glad I didn't take the "big hammer" approach and try to UN-install and RE-install the TTax software....
