    I have being out of the country Since Oct. 2022 and have the same problem. I bought a new desktop Window 11 Pro and was never able to install quicken. I use ESET Nod 32 and I added quicken in firewall exceptions.　I tried various Nord VPN location and none doesn't seem to work. I don't have access to telephone call to USA. Appreciate if anyone can help.
