CC-502 Error for over a week

I have multiple Lowes accounts with synchrony. My consumer card updates and downloads transactions as normal but my commercial bussiness card will not download. Only recieve CC-502 error. Reset could not be completed.

    I have located a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-502 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case),
