Quicken Online Service is Unavailable

I've been receiving the subject dialog for the last couple of hours when I try to update the quotes, despite it saying to wait 10 minutes and try again. What's interesting is that it worked when one Quicken database was used but not for the other.

The "wait 10 minutes" message is utterly and completely wrong and it is pathetic that Quicken has never fixed it after years of misleading users.
What is should say is "go to Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts and sign out and then back in with your same credentials".
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
