What bank?
And what connection method do you use with them? Do TOOLS, Account List, click EDIT adjacent to the account name and look in the "Transaction Download" column for this info.
Because, based upon the info you've provided, this looks like the error is on the bank's end … not Q's.

I am currently living in Turkey and have been a Quicken user since 2007. I primarily use Quicken for manual tracking of my financial records and do not use it for online banking transactions. Recently, my subscription expired, and I attempted to renew it. However, Quicken is not accepting my credit card information, and I am unable to proceed. I have already tried multiple credit cards and even tested different web browsers, but the issue persists.
Since all my financial data and accounts are stored in Quicken, I am very concerned about losing access. I rely heavily on this software to manage my finances. I would appreciate any guidance or support on how to resolve this issue and successfully renew my subscription.

Is there any indication WHY the payment was refused? Is your card denominated in US dollars?
And, for the address that the website wants, just use the address of any famous landmark, or the Turkish Embassy in DC. It isn't actually used for anything.

You should not lose access to your financial data. Quicken's Data Access Guarantee states that when the subscription expires and is not renewed Quicken Classic Deluxe, Premier and Business & Personal editions can continue to be used and edited manually but there will be some banners reminding you to renew your subscription that will block about 20% of the view. The banners can only be removed by renewing the subscription.
The exception to this is Quicken Classic Starter which will become read-only but the data will still be accessible, just not editable.
Here is the link to the Data Access Guarantee if you wish to read it:

From the explanations, I understand that subscription is not possible from countries outside the USA, even for manual use. This is very disappointing. In this case, I wanted to transfer the data in Quicken to a program called Moneydance, but Moneydance users stated that Quicken does not allow this.
