    I'm still having this CC-501 problem too. What I found interesting is that if you try to add a new Nordstrom account, it isn't even listed as an option. Only "Nordstrom Federal Credit Union". Also, since the last update to R59.35, initial load times are very slow.

    I too am still receiving error CC-511, the error message continues to indicate the issue may be resolved within 48 hours. This has been on going for weeks, not hours, perhaps Quicken should update the message.

    What is the ETA for resolution?

    Three weeks later, still unresolved!!! Is there any work around outside manual entry of transactions? I tried a QFX export/import and it failed as well "Unable to read the selected Web Connect file. Please contact your financial institution." I am using latest Mac version of Quicken.

    In the meantime, I found this https://www.quicknperlwiz.com/ and it worked great!
    FYI - Nordstrom's Quicken FI number is 12139.

    In addition to the CC-511 and CC-501 errors, I am now unable to import to Quicken transactions downloaded from the Nordstrom Credit Card website in the QFX format.

    Is Nordstroms allowing Quicken to download Nordstroms transactions after Nordstroms re-design of their website/coding? Maybe they are no longer working with Quicken financial software. Because I can tell you this is an extremely easy fix if they (Nordstroms cc services/ Quicken)wanted to get it done.

    Nordstrom Card website has a "Messages" menu option, I left them a message asking about the status of their relationship with Quicken and when will the ability to download transactions be reinstated.

    As of yet, I have received no answer, but the 3 business days to respond has not passed.

    We would appreciate ANY information that you have learned. What caused this error, what steps are being taken to resolve, was it because of changes made by Nordstrom, Quicken?

    Still getting CC-501 error (Quicken Classic version R59.35, Build 27.1.59.35). I just tried a QFX download directly from Nordstrom Bank website and got THIS:

    Thank you for your reply @jtomalley,

    I can see earlier in the discussion that you already checked that the date/time on your computer are correct. Since incorrect system date/time aren't causing the issue, then I'd recommend contacting the financial institution for further assistance with the QFX file. The financial institution are the ones who created the file, and the most likely cause is a formatting issue on their end.

    Had successfully set up Nordstrum Department Store credit card transaction download(NOT Visa or Mastercard) in early 2024. In early November (don't have exact date or Quicken Windows release) download failures began. After waiting serval days, tried to RESET the account. Reset failed. Have since tried to activate One Step Update. Activation has failed since with Error CC-501 (screenshot of failure attached). Have seen similar Nordstrum Card issues but not specifically CC-501 errors. Please advise and resolve error. Thank you.

    There is currently a known issue with Nordstrum Card Account that has been escalated, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time. While the error you are receiving is slightly different from the error reported in the Alert, they are likely related.

    So… no updates since Nov 22.

    Is this ever going to be resolved??

    I got the update to version R60.15 / Build 27.1.60.15 and the issue persists. I get error CC-501 when attempting to set up Nordstrom for connection, and error OL-221-B when attempting to download QFX file direct from their website.

    Nordstrom Bank support says it's a Quicken problem, so the ball is in your court. FIX THIS.

    This problem is lasting way too long. Nordstrom says it is a Quicken problem. Is Quicken trying to get $$ from Nordstrom and that is why there is no resolution? I have a yearly subscription to Quicken and am so frustrated with them right now. I agree with the others FIX THIS Quicken!

    Nordstrom Visa is not even available to me now when I try to readd the account.

    I notified Nordstrom back in November though they said it was not a known issue for them when Quicken was reporting it was a known issue for them. Surely the redesign of the Nordstrom Visa website was what caused the problem and there's a fix that can be coded if Quicken chooses to adequately support its subscription software. This inadequate response has me reconsidering what financial services software I'll use. I've automatically resubscribed for years now but why, when support is so plainly lacking? It's not like Nordstrom Visa is some hole-in-the-wall financial institution.

    This if frustrating and it will definitely make me think twice about using my Nordstrom Card. My guess is the it is something that TD Bank (the bank that issues and manages Nordstrom Card) has done.

    Yesterday, or maybe the day before, I started getting a 2FA prompt for my Nordstrom card transaction download attempts. I passed the 2FA, but Nordstrom still isn't connecting properly.

    I know there is a Quicken thread for Nordstrom's which hasn't been updated in awhile and says they are working on it so I suppose this is progress and like you, the MFA won't work. However it would be nice if they updated the thread they've been directing people to so we aren't left guessing what's been going on…..

    This morning I tried to download Nordstrom Card transactions from its website into a .QFX file. The file downloaded, but when trying to import into Quicken Premier for Windows, I received the following error message: "Quicken is unable to complete your request [OL-221-A] [OL-221-B].
