Popup says max length of citicards.com password = 32 - WRONG! it's 64

I just updated my citicards.com password to 64 characters, and verified the new password works using the citicards.com website. When I tried to store the new password in my Quicken password vault, a pop-up says "The information Quicken has from Citi Cards is that the password can be no longer than 32 characters long." This is clearly out of date. Quicken: PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.
Would this problem prevent connecting to citicards.com for downloading transactions using Express Web Connect+ - using a 64-character password?

This is wrong - it's actually 64.

This is a user forum. No Quicken software engineers monitor this forum. You need to "Report A Problem" to Quicken Support.

The financial institution provides the password requirements to Quicken or Quicken’s aggregator Intuit. You can report a problem as @RalphC suggested or call Quicken support, but ultimately it will have to be the financial institution who initiates the change.
Definitely having a password longer than the current limit set for Quicken would cause transaction downloads to fail.
Finally, perhaps two Swallows could carry a coconut with a creeper?
