I just upgrade from Quicken 2016 to Quicken 2019, but the unnecessary reminders occur in both versions. I use Wells Fargo's online bill pay, not Quicken bill pay, but bill pay transactions sync with Quicken via "One Step Update." Before I close Quicken after paying bills online, I always send the bill pay instructions to the bank via "One Step Update" and I wait for the bank to acknowledge receipt of the instructions and for Quicken to show the payments in my register as "Sent." Still, when I try to exit, I always get a popup that reads "You have online payments to send. Do you want to send them before exiting?." There are three choices: Yes, No, Cancel. I can deal with the annoyance of the unnecessary reminder by clicking "No" and then the program will close. If I click "Yes", the program takes me through the sending process all over again using "One Step Update." Even if I have done that, when I then go to exit Quicken, I still get the same popup reminder. I just do not understand why the program isn't coded to know that online payment instructions have been sent or have not been sent, and then initiate the popup reminder only when the user has neglected to actually send the online instructions. Unless I am doing something wrong (which was the reason for my inquiry posted to the community), this issue seems like a simple thing that ought to be addressed in a program upgrade.
