My husband bought Quicken 2017 for me a year or so ago and I didn't want to learn it then.  He had the 2012 version on his computer and paid bills, reconciled and took care of our banking on his.  He is now ill and I am going to have to do that but want to use my laptop because it is more convenient for me.  I tried to update mine and it has not had updates and I need help.  I have talked to customer service three times and still haven't been helped in getting it straightened out.  I cannot use his backup to update mine because he has a different version.  If anyone knows how, please let me know.  I need to do this asap.  Thanks in advance for any help.
