I also note that I tried (a) resetting my cloud in Quicken desktop and (b) deleting and reinstalling the mobile app. Neither fixed the mobile app freezing issue noted in this thread.1 -

I did contact support on this initially and was told to wait a few days and try again. I eventually created this post as waiting and trying again did not resolve the issue.1 -

Xfinity has stopped updating my bills again. Tried to relink and now it is in the pending but been doing that for days.1
