As a Quicken novice I could not understand how to use the steps provided by Sherlock. Is there a way I can get someone to change my incorrect user name (wjordan64) to wjordan6[email protected] This only happens when I am trying to get updates and a preprinted form shows up with the wrong printed user name with a blank for my password. Why cant both be blank and allow me to enter both instead of just the password
