Quicken not connecting to RBC Wealth Management - password not working.

Quicken not connecting to RBC Wealth Management - password not working. However, able to log in directly to RBC using same password. Using Quicken 2016 Deluxe. Have tried resetting RBC from Accounts List.

I'd say it's time to contact Quicken Support
