Capital Funds has been working fine and recently stopped downloading and I recieve error code OL-292-B. This is a mutual fund. I deleted the account on Quicken and now I cannot get Quicken to add it back after numerous attempts.

Pc downloads to Quicken seem to have at least a couple of problems. 1. Transfers are seldom accurate. They often transfer to the wrong accounts. 2. PNC credit card transactions are often delayed for 5-6 days. Some never show up and even need to be hand-entered. 3. These issues have gone on for several months.
The 'Last Payment' column includes a sometimes helpful 'Entered' with the amount and date below. However, it is missing the Year! Many of my bills are annual and it is very confusing without the year shown. Please add the year or make the date configurable.
I have a manual bill to the same payee 4 times a year. The first payment is one amount and the remaining 3 payments are a different amount. What I'm seeing is create two manual bills from scratch.
