How to add second chase credit card account without disabling the first

My wife and I both have Chase credit cards in each of our names, plus we share both personal and a business account. The business account was added most recently, and new signons were required so between us we have 4 online signons. Whenever I add accounts into quicken from a second signon, Quicken breaks the connections setup from the first signon, specifically the credit cards (not shared checking/savings). There have been previous postings of this issue, but I have not seen any resolution although the conversations were closed.

I'm not sure why you're seeing the breakage of the connection that you're reporting. I have 2 credit cards from Chase and both are connected for download into Q.
BUT, in Q, you can only have 1 ID/Pwd per account for download. Is that the issue that you're seeing?
