Help! Sometimes when I scroll to add a transaction in an account, there is no blank line. If I hit the save button on the last transaction, it says, “do you want to change a reconciled transaction?” if I say yes, it adds a duplicate. If I say no it won’t let me continue. Struggling with this has led to messed up opening balances. Is there a fix for this? Are other folks having this problem?
Let me add that I’ve used Quicken since 1992, so my files are LARGE. And this problem is totally new.
