Where does Quicken Look for CSV files to import stock prices if the full path is not specified. (Quicken 2013 windows 10 Pro)

    See my old comment here.  I think that is saying Quicken looks at the 'desktop' for the file, if the full path is not specified.  I have not confirmed that today.  That 5-year old comment was obviously not on Win10 which may factor in as well.

    I'm curious. If you're having trouble figuring out the default folder, why not specify the full path?

    Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.

    Many thanks to q.lurker for his correct information.  I find it easier to just put the file name in rather than the full path.

    Ps...do you have prices for stocks or funds that don't download? Ssssssh, don't tell anyone but my Q2013 still downloads prices.

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
