QWin 2016 Deluxe: Security shows a zero balance in 'holdings' after i sold it. why does it show at a

Options that are exercised or expired still show in my holdings with a 0 balance.

In the Holdings view - check under Options.
Is Show Closed Lots checked?

No.

Got it fixed. These were options sold short that had expired or were exercised. The closing transaction must be classified as 'covered short'.
