How to get online quotes for DowDupont

I have Quicken Premier 2016 for Windows and followed the suggestions for handling the Dupont merger.  Everything worked fine, except that Quicken won't get me online price quotes (I'm using the symbol DWDP).  Instead it just continues to use the $64.8393 per share price that I inputed into the "corporate acquisitions" transaction when I created DowDupont.

    Stocker ticker is correct. Sounds like a Quicken issue.

    Assuming that you have performed the required software updates to convert to the new Quicken ID ...

    Go into Tools / Security List.
    Locate the security and check that
    - Security Type = Stock
    - Download Quotes has a checkmark
    - Security is NOT marked hidden
    - optionally, if you use the Watch List feature: checkmark in the Watch List box
