Can Vanguard 2018 Mac Starter version download Vanguard transactions and balances?

I do not need any analysis, just downloading of transactions and balances. Can Quicken's 2018 Mac Starter edition do this?

    HI James, appreciate your question.

    Unfortunately, the Quicken 2018 Deluxe level and higher will be compatible with Vanguard transactions . The Starter version is only for checks and balances.
