I'm not sure about this, but want to say I've seen mention of this elsewhere here. Have you tried to toggle the Date Column in the register where these EFTs are. Use the little triangle at the top of the Date Column. You want the Sort Order by Date and the newest transactions at the bottom of the Register.
It's worth a try with nothing to lose.0 -

Sometimes a picture
is worth a thousand words ...If the above suggestions don't resolve the issue, can you please
capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the
issue (register view showing those transactions, Reconcile window), sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy
but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
The Windows Snipping Tool (available with Windows 7 and up) can be used to
capture a partial screen image and save it to a file. Microsoft Paint can be used to annotate the
image.

To take a screenshot in Mac please see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201361
Please create image files of type PNG, JPG or BMP only.
To attach the image here, start composing your reply. At the bottom of the text
entry window you'll see a row of icons beginning with B I U S
Click the camera icon (not the video camera icon). It will allow you to select
and upload the captured image file from your computer. The captured image will
be inserted at wherever the cursor is located in the text.0 -
Thanks for you assistance, I'm attaching two jpg files. The two EFT's show when a Find is requested, but do not show within the "check" list so that the Reconcile can be completed.

While "messing around" I came up with Image3 which I'm sending. Maybe this will help.

You are reconciling for a range of dates in November 2017.
The two "missing" transactions are dated in November 2018.
No wonder they don't appear in Reconcile ...0 -
