Prudential Retirement Quotes not Updating

The title says it all; when I update my accounts at Prudential Retirement, account quotes no longer update. This began about one week ago. The On-Step update shows the update as successful. I'm on Build 27.1.10.10

Yes. Also deactivated and reactivated the account with no success.

Yes. Told them about the issue and it was obvious that the rep had no idea what Quicken is. Very frustrating.

I also got a an email reply that they don't support Quicken and I need to contact Quicken directly. I suppose I'll try that when I have several hours to spare.

Are the securities publicly traded? Have you checked the Security List to ensure the securities are flagged to download quotes?

It's a 401(k) account so the symbol used isn't publicly traded. Quicken has (until recently) always downloaded the value of the symbol.

After a couple of weeks, the problem has resolved itself.
