Investment Reports Missing Expenses

Some reports still are missing expenses while using QWin 2018 R10.11
(as reported in this thread
"Quicken Premier 2018 Itemized Categories report for Investment Accounts. Post R8.8")
In the standard "Income/Expense Comparison by Category - Year to Date" it is missing expenses entered into an asset account transaction entry

Since the QA team can not seem to reproduce this problem here how to reproduce the bug:
  * Create new quicken file
  * Create asset account
  * Create asset account split transaction with expenses in it
  - Create "Income/Expense Comparison by Category" report
    ##### missing expenses
  - Create "Itemized Categories" report
    ##### expenses included
OR
  * Create new quicken file
  * Import QIF below
  - Create "Income/Expense Comparison by Category" report
    ##### missing expenses
  - Create "Itemized Categories" report
    ##### expenses included

Reports MUST BE CORRECT from Quicken, this is why your customers use the product.  The QA department should have already tested and found this problem. The QA department has to include testing to be able to verify that every expense/income entered in ALL account types are included in reports correctly!!
