Printing Invoice form, not showing printed

When the invoice form is opened, on older version of quicken, it would showed 'printed' invoice. Now, Quicken 2019, is not showing printed.

Hmmm ... if you're talking about the Customer Invoice data entry view not showing a red, bold "PRINTED" in the area where I put a red circle in the image below ...

that problem has been reported at least once several months ago for the Quicken subscription version (2018/2019 US) ...

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled support hangs up on you when they can't fix it, invoice missing printed.

We have called support. First call, we were told to reinstall the old version, Second call, we were told the version was too old and had to upgrade. We did. Same problem with missing the word Printed on invoice once printed. Third Call, They hung up as soon as I said I did upgrade and it did not fix the problem. So, we have now almost an hour of waiting on hold for NO answer.
