Is there a way to view transactions from 2 different accounts in one view so I can easily review them in date order and make changes where necessary?

Yes. Have a look at the All Transactions register.
You can access the All Transactions register by clicking on the All Transactions link at the top of the Account Bar.Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
