Bill to information on Invoice

When I create an invoice the "Bill To:" information on the form is not being populated.

What version and release of Quicken do you use? Click Help / About Quicken to get this information.
Do you have a customer address stored in the Address Book?
If yes, edit the customer's address book record and make sure that in the box "Include this payee in" the boxes "Quickfill List" and "Customer List" both have checkmarks.
Also please make sure that all checkboxes in this Preferences view are checked, except first option and last one in this view are optional, your choice.
