Canadian mutual funds quotes are not downloading.

All my Cdn mutual funds are not downloading their quote info. Stocks and Indices are downloading fine. I am on Quicken for Windows- 2013 (Home and Business) and on Windows 10.

Thank you for taking the time to report that the mutual funds are not updating, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
Quicken 2013 is no longer supported and access to Online Services, such as updating investment quotes is disabled, we apologize. More information on our Discontinuation Policy is also available at https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-discontinuation-policy.
If you have upgraded to the 2017/18/19 (R16.22) subscription versions of Quicken Canada for Windows and are still experiencing issues updating quotes for Mutual Funds in Quicken, please open the Security List (Tools > Security) and select one of the funds that aren't updating.
In the Security Detail View window that opens, please click on the "Edit Security Details" button - is "Mutual Fund" listed for both the Type and Exchange fields?
If not, please change the type and exchange to list Mutual Funds and select to Download Quotes again.
The prices should now update, but please let us know how it goes.
