Updated to MAC OS Sierra forgot about quicken

So Updated wife's computer to MAC OS Sierra. Forgot Quicken does not run on it. If I subscribe to Quicken 2019 can I import the last backup from Quicken Essentials 2013? Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes, Quicken 2019 (Starter, Deluxe, or Premiere) will import your Quicken Essentials backup (or main) file.
