There apparently is some anomaly (bug?) in QWin-CA. Take a look at this answer and see if it helps:

Having the same problem. No updates for CSE listed stocks! When I edit the stock security details there is no option to specify exchange CSE although there is for the TSX Venture exchange. How and when do we get this fixed?!!!0
